Spring has sprung!
Well, not quite. Typically spring comes on March 21st (Unless you’re in the midwest), but the lovely weather we New Yorkers have had the last couple of days has given me a case of spring fever! How about you – are you giddy for spring?
In the spirit of the fast approaching spring season, I will once again be offering spring mini-sessions! The sessions will remain quick and easy – 30 minutes max, 30-40 shots, prints, and all images archived on DVD forever! In addition to prints, I also offer custom framing, canvas gallery wraps, custom-designed albums, greeting cards and postcards, calendars, buttons, and magnets.
Dates are March 30 – April 2 – You have the option of shooting in another beautiful location in New York City’s Central Park or a convenient location of your choice. For my out-of-town clients, I have weekend dates available for travel in early April.
Mini-session packages start at $150! Email for package details or design your own!

In addition to the Tournament of Champions Squash Tourney last week, I also got to bring Hisham Ashour into the studio for a quickie, impromptu shoot! Set up by Shawn from SquashZag.com, it was spur of the moment, and much credit to Hisham for being the coolest subject. He even did a turn jumping on the trampoline! Hisham is ranked as one of the world’s best squash players! (http://www.psa-squash.com/) In addition to stellar play (He’s invented his own shot, The “Mizuki”, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FJUhqTVGuE), he’s a dynamic personality off the court. He’s a star in his home country of Egypt where squash is at or near the country’s most popular sport, yet you wouldn’t know it when meeting him. He’s warm and engaging, and is quite actually very funny! (If you meet him, ask him how he celebrates his wins and losses!) He also is the brother, coach and mentor of the #1 squash player in the world, Ramy Ashour. Great shoot, Hisham!
